Consistency is also a key element towards an effective weight lifting experience. It’s the key to a proportionate frame that could even win you a few competitions! Being equal on both sides of your body is the biggest goal for most bodybuilders. By staying consistent you will be able to keep motivated and eventually have a routine which will help keep you on the right road to success.
